. Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a refund only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if we made an error with your order.
- 7-Day Notice: You must contact us at hello@snugstrands.ca within 7 business days of receiving your package to report any issues.
- Required Documentation: Please include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.
- Our Process: We will respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email.
2. General Return Terms
If you wish to return an item for other reasons, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different product, you must return the original for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
- Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:
- Personal Care Goods: Hair accessories and beauty products.
- Promotional Items: All sale items and gift cards.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the transaction. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, contact us at hello@snugstrands.ca.
5. European Union (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
Notwithstanding the above, customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
