Snug Strands Terms of Service

By placing an order with Snug Strands (snugstrands.ca), you agree to the following terms.

Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. You'll be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual Property
All content on snugstrands.ca — including images, copy, and branding — is the property of Snug Strands and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Snug Strands is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
